Applications are invited for Cooperative Intern positions to strengthen cooperatives across J&K and Ladakh UTs.
Position Details
• Post: Cooperative Intern
• Vacancies: 4 (One each for J&K State Cooperative Bank, Anantnag Central Cooperative Bank, Baramulla Central Cooperative Bank, and Jammu Central Cooperative Bank)
• Tenure: 1 year (non-extendable).
Eligibility Criteria
• Educational Qualification:
• MBA or equivalent in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri-Business Management, or Rural Development Management.
• Proficiency in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Age Limit: 21–30 years as of the application closing date.
Remuneration
• Consolidated monthly salary: ₹25,000.
Selection Criteria
• Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio.
• Academic Performance: 80% weightage.
• Interview Performance: 20% weightage.

Important Notes
• Candidates must produce original certificates during the interview.
• Selected candidates must sign an agreement to complete the 12-month tenure without leaving prematurely.
