The Indian Air Force (IAF) invites applications from Indian men and women (as per Citizenship Act 1955) for Commissioned Officer positions in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
1. Flying Branch:
• Age: 20-24 years (Born between 02 Jan 2002 and 01 Jan 2006).
• Upper Age Relaxation: Up to 26 years for candidates with a valid Commercial Pilot License.
2. Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical):
• Age: 20-26 years (Born between 02 Jan 2000 and 01 Jan 2006).
Educational Qualifications

Selection Process
1. Online AFCAT Examination:
• Application fee: ₹550 + GST (Exempted for NCC Special Entry candidates).
• Mode: Online testing at various centers.
2. Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
Pay and Benefits
• Pay on Commissioning: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 (Level 10).
• MSP (Military Service Pay): ₹15,500.
• Training Stipend: ₹56,100 per month.

Important Instructions
1. Tattoo Policy: Tattoos are permitted only on the inner forearms and the reverse of the hands.
2. Narcotics Policy: Candidates found using or in possession of narcotics will be disqualified.
3. Physical Fitness: Candidates should aim to run 1.6 km in 10 minutes, complete 10 push-ups, and 3 chin-ups.
