General Terms & Conditions
• Applications can be obtained from the office of Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, or downloaded from Agriculture Production Department or HADP websites.
• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years as of the last date of submission.
• Space Requirement: Applicants must provide two rooms/shops (750-800 sq. ft.) for operational use, without rent claims.
• Required Documents:
• Date of birth certificate
• Marks certificates for all qualifying exams
• Domicile and character certificates
• Completed application forms submitted to the Deputy Commissioner Poonch (in person or via registered post)
Selection and Engagement Terms
1. Nature of Engagement: Selected Krishi Udyamis will operate on a franchise basis, working closely with the Agriculture Production Department to run Kisan Khidmat Ghars.
2. Security Deposit: INR 10,000 (refundable) in the form of an FDR from any scheduled commercial bank.
3. No Right to Regular Appointment: KUs are contractual with no claims for regular appointments.
4. Asset Custodianship: Infrastructure remains under departmental ownership.
5. Management Supervision: Operations under designated APD officer oversight.
6. Training: Skills enhancement training will be provided, with fees covered for participation.
7. Operational Linkages and Technological Support: Facilitated connections with input companies, financial institutions, and support from KVKs for technology integration.
8. Service Charges & Compliance: Nominal service charges to be levied as per norms; compliance with regulatory standards is mandatory.
