Subject: Engagement of Assistant Accountants in KGBV Arnas and Sungari

Applications on prescribed format are invited from the permanent residents of Educational Zones Arnas and Chassana of District Reasi J&K UT for engagement of Assistant Accountants in

KGBV Arnas and Sungari on contractual basis.

Application shall be submitted in the respective Zonal Education Officer’s within the 10 days after the publication of this advertisement.

The applicant must fulfil the following conditions:-

1. Upper age limit as on 01-01-2023
   General Category= 18 to 40 Years
   RBA/SC/ST/EWS= 18 to 43 Years.
2. Only female candidates of the respective Block Can apply for the said posts.
3. The engagement shall be purely on term contract basis for 01 year only. Contract shall be liable to be terminated without any notice in case of performance below acceptable standard.
4. The candidate should be domicile of the UT of J&K and must possess the domicile certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as on last date prescribed for submission for application form.
5. The selected candidates shall have to file an undertaking on non-judicial paper duly attested by Sub-registrar to the effect that they will not claim in any case any entitlement for absorption in Govt. Services on regular basis.
6. The applicant must possess minimum qualification as Bachelors Degree from recognized
   College/University with at least 50% Marks in aggregate.

1. Any qualification obtained after cut off date for receiving application shall not be entertained.
2. The selection for the post shall be made on the basis of Merit/weightage obtained by the candidate.
3. In case two or more candidates score same points, the candidate having higher age shall be preferred.
4. The application must be accompanied with the following documents:-

1. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation) •
2. Bachelors Degree certificate along-with consolidated marks sheets.
3. Post Graduation Degree certificate along-with consolidated marks sheets.
4. Bonafide Certificate of Qualification.
5. Experience Certificate if any.
6. Domicile Certificates.
7. Self addressed envelope affixed with postal stamp worth Rs 5/-
8. A recent passport size photograph duly attested by gazetted officer be pasted on application form.
9. Physical fitness certificate by the medical officer.

Candidates found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated document or documents which have been tampered with or making statement incorrect or false suppressing material information will render her liable for criminal prosecution.
