Role Overview
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will report to the VP of Business Operations and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Salesforce systems. Your responsibilities will include managing data, maintaining systems, creating workflows, and enhancing efficiency across sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and administer the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting and updates.
• Develop and implement workflows, Salesforce Flows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline processes.
• Work with Apex classes and triggers to enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Evaluate and improve the sales tech stack to align with team needs.
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting for strategic decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2+ years in Salesforce Administration or Sales & Marketing Operations, preferably with a high-growth software company.
• Proficiency in designing Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Experience with Apex classes and triggers.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Skills:
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration and maintenance.
• Analytical skills to assess platform changes and their impact on workflows and reporting.
• Experience working with sales and customer success teams.
