Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Security Officer
• No. of Posts: 01
• Eligibility: Retired commissioned officer from Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary Forces; Graduation required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a commissioned officer.
• Age Limit: Max 55 years.
• Remuneration: ₹30,000/month with 3% annual increment.
• Preference: Weapon license holders.
2. Deputy Chief Security Officer
• No. of Posts: 02
• Eligibility: Graduate Ex-servicemen (retired as JCO), with exemplary service record and Medical Shape-I.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in Army/Navy/Air Force.
• Age Limit: Max 55 years.
• Remuneration: ₹20,000/month with 3% annual increment.
• Preference: Weapon license holders.
3. Security Assistants (Security Guards)
• No. of Posts: 18
• Eligibility: 10th pass Ex-servicemen (Havildar rank) with a good service record, or Agniveers with at least 4 years of service.
• Age Limit: Max 50 years.
• Remuneration: ₹15,000/month with 3% annual increment.
• Preference: Weapon license holders.
Engagement Process
1. Physical Test: Candidates must complete a specified distance run within 15 minutes to assess fitness.
2. Interview: Top candidates (1:3 ratio) based on physical test performance will be shortlisted for interviews.
Terms of Employment
• Initial term: 2 years (extendable up to the age of 60 years based on performance).
